Updates to Policy Entry Screens for Additional LOBs
We continue to add entry screens for more lines of business, making it easier to enter data and have robust policy information at the ready when servicing the client.
We recently added policy entry screens for these lines of business:
- Notary Bond
- License and Permit
- Pollution Liability
- Vacant Property
- Title Bond
- Miscellaneous
Whether adding a policy or creating an application, you can enter relevant insurable interests information, including sections for Liability, Property, Item/Schedule, and General Remarks/Notes. -

Earlier this year, we introduced the ability to collect customer feedback in EZLynx Client Center.
Now, clients who register high satisfaction scores can be prompted to provide Google Reviews for your agency. With this new integration, clients are taken directly to your agency's Google Review page, with the submission window already open and ready for content.

Automation Center Adds Support for EZLynx Accounting
The power of automation has arrived for EZLynx Accounting. With the new Invoice Created workflow, you can automate the delivery of client invoices via email or text. This workflow is triggered by the creation of an invoice in EZLynx Accounting – with no further action necessary on the part of the agency.
If your agency has the new Applied Pay™ integration, you can also include a link to pay the invoice in your customer portal.

Collect Customer Feedback and Referrals with Client Center
EZLynx Client Center is an online extension of your agency, allowing you to deliver the digital experience today’s insurance shoppers have come to expect. We’ve made two exciting enhancements to help you better understand and measure your customers’ experiences.
- Customer Experience Surveys: Asks clients to rate their experience with your agency and gives them the opportunity to expand on their responses when they give a score of 3 stars or below.
- Client Referrals: The option to provide referrals automatically appears when clients give satisfaction scores of 4 stars or above, and the provided referrals automatically populate as leads in EZLynx. Turn happy customers into brand advocates!

Automation Center – New Policy Change Request Workflows
We’ve expanded the functionality of the EZLynx Automation Center with two new workflows related to Policy Change Requests.
- Policy Change Request – Open: Automates client communication to let them know their request has been received and is being worked on. This is particularly valuable when insureds submit their change requests via your customer portal. You can also create a task for the agent to follow up on and ensure it is accurately processed by the carrier.
- Policy Change Request – Confirmed: Automatically notifies insureds via email or text that their request is completed, and they can proceed to get their most recent proof of insurance from your agency’s customer portal (EZLynx Client Center).

Personal Package Policy Change Requests
We have expanded our Change Request functionality to now include Personal Package Policies. Similar to the workflow for a Commercial Lines Package Policy, on the first step of the Change Request process, you will see the primary line of business listed as Personal Package Policy, with its respective sub-lines of business listed below.
EZLynx provides a start-to-finish process for initiating, requesting, monitoring, and verifying policy change requests. This means you can closely manage the quality of service and communication with insureds, as well as the accuracy of carrier submissions and responses.
